All of the above. Truly. All of the above. Clayton is the real deal. He genuinely cares about people. Yes people. Not joking. Unlike most providers, and we’ve all had our dealings with a shady insurance agent at some point, Clayton completely altered my preconceived notions of what I believed most providers were all about. To my surprise in such a pleasant way, Clayton answered my call and came with a sincere desire to want to help me. I started my business this past year when my position was eliminated due to COVID. It was hell dealing with the state offices that I have to register with, not to mention the toughest obstacle. My first client was one I had taken care of for years and with the extensive coverage they required for me to be their provider, I would either soar with success or plummet without it. It was en extensive process, but Clayton took it on and fought for me to the end to get my company credentials requirements approved. He literally scoured every provider out there to put together a COI that most agents would run from and fought with multiple providers to make sure all of my policies were perfectly written as the credentialing firm scanned every policy down to the letter and would not budge an inch. Clayton fought to the end for me and he got it right. His professionalism, his sincerity, his patience with everyone, his ethics, and his all-around genuine nature as that of a good human being has solidified my business relationship with Clayton.
