We have been a satisfied customer with Contractors Direct Insurance for almost ten years at this point. We have been through enough years together to determine that when they are truly needed (which isn't often but critically important when a GC), they are there every step of the way. Another outstanding aspect beyond their customer service is their initiative to save us money via ensuring we have the most cost efficient policy that meets all of our coverage needs, year after year- This is work most agents tend to not be concerned with once a relationship has been established, and just assume you will always stick around. Not these people- Always looking to provide us with the best rates, coverage and service again and again, year after year. I do not write many reviews, however I am happy to do so for this company. Keep up the great work!
