Clayton was extremely responsive and communicated with me consistently through both phone, text and email. As an investor who works with hard money lenders that requires specific information to be included in our insurance policies, so we had to go back and forth on several revisions that were requested from our lenders. Clayton had no problem handling every request. He stayed on top of everything and completed each revision quickly.
The best part was that there were no additional charges for making the revisions, even after the policy had already been completed. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had working with an insurance professional. I highly recommend Clayton Hatfield and Contractors Direct Insurance!
